Refund Policy

This website is operated by Madhav Soni. This policy explains when a refund is possible on Trickyexchange.

Refund window: within 24 hours of payment

A refund can only be requested before your transaction status changes from "Pending" to "Completed." Once a transaction is marked Completed — meaning your payment has been verified and crypto has been sent, or your INR/USD payout has been processed — it is final and cannot be refunded, in line with standard practice for crypto transactions, which are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain.

Eligible situations

Refunds are considered for: a payment that failed to process correctly, a duplicate payment for the same order, or a transaction still Pending after 24 hours with no crypto/fiat movement on our end.

Refund mode

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used (PayU card/UPI/netbanking or PayPal) within 5–7 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account/card.
