Cancellation Policy

This website is operated by Madhav Soni. This policy explains when a Buy, Sell, or Exchange order can be cancelled.

Cancellation window: within 30 minutes, while status is "Pending"

An order can be cancelled free of charge only while its status is "Pending" — i.e. before payment has been verified and crypto or fiat has been sent. Once an order moves to "Completed," it cannot be cancelled, since the underlying crypto transaction is already final on the blockchain.

How to cancel

Go to your Dashboard, open the order, and select Cancel — or contact support with your transaction reference (#TX-XXXX) if the option isn't visible.

After cancellation

If you already paid before cancelling, the amount is refunded per our Refund Policy.
